Sunday ride was statuesque today I did a little work in the head wind on the way out the pace was nothing special , and the way in was even less eventful . The highlight of the day was coffee and cakes at Greenwich coffee with Franner . You guys that bailed missed out on a classic Franner story telling hour . I even heard a few new ones that shit never gets old. If you get the chance and hes willing to talk don't , I repeat don't pass on it .

Yo Rhondo - When are you going to start using the big ring? Based on what I know, which isn't much, might be better off pushing bigger gears to work on strength which is harder to develop than the spin. Then again, you're old school and already as strong as a bull. When you ramped it up on Rt. 10 heading back, I was impressed. Until you pulled off and out came the parachute. Luckily, I'm an awesome bike handler so no problem for me though :-) Keeps me on my toes.
Next week I will be in the big ring sorry for that there was a gap that someone opened and I had to close it so it was like a 4 bike gap . I was gassed when I got to you .

....this is not a very small gear...
And hopefully next week, riders won't "fight" for front positions and then decide, at the very last moment, not to do any work when required. Despite the minority, the guys rotated quite well.
