Thinking of home... Its Friday and I'm getting home sick . I think we are going to do the masters and pro race on Saturday then hit the road a day early . I have stretched Jeeves out so the thrill is gone. Sorry bro the truth hurts!! Plus that hemorrhoid is nasty . Enough of the pillow talk , lets talk training. In 7 days we have done 30 thousand ft of climbing . Yesterday we rode to Clemson and back it was a 60 mile ride on "flat" roads flat meaning 5,000 ft of climbing and at an avg of 19 mph it was a nasty day to say the least .The roads here are a roller coaster of pain . You never get a break , I would almost rather stay on the big climbs . You can get in a rhythm and keep it there for 7 miles then descend to recover . On the plus side of things my form seems to be coming around. With the climbing and fucking wind how can you not . The Prof will be in the pudding at the races tomorrow. Well I guess I will see you dickheads on Sunday if all goes to plan.
