RONDO'S RAGE

We met at Mike house suited up and rolled out into the head wind. We got there and LT was the only Bubble boy and informed us that the rest were Brazilian waxing each other . Crowell was the wax applicator I bet . The race started with the typical attacks . We got caught out , I guess 3 guys got away and we didn't have any idea that they were gone . A group formed and we had Koski in it so we just sat back . I said to Luckiens that it would come back on its own do to the mix of guys and the wind . He then pointed out to me that we were crawling which we were . Some guys made a hard surge at the front and the break was crumbling ahead Koski and a few others came back . That's when Timmmyyyy went across . I sent Jeeves on the hunt , he made it across the gap with no problem . Again we started to go easy , then we got lapped by the guys that were in the original move . The gouppo Jeeves was gone now at about 45 seconds . Mike and Luckiens attacked hard and drew a few guys with them , LT wound it up and I jumped on him for the free ride across the gap . As soon as we got there I went to the front to help with the work . Its seemed like Mike , Luckiens , Max Acapulco's and I were doing most of the work . We made quick work of it and went across the gap in about 5 or 6 laps . When we got to the group we just blew through them . That's when it got really confusing . Guys were getting blown out the back then they would crawl there way back . This went on for laps , the wind was nasty . Then Luckiens attacked I was at the back of the rotation so there was nothing I could do at that point Mike didn't react so I figured he was going to let him cook . Bad move the race was winding down and there wernt any friends to be found in the chase for us . I made a big push to bring him back and got to about 25 meters looked back and I was on my own(Fuck). I crunched the numbers and I had to go back to bring Mike up , the overall was more important than a result for me . That was the last we would see him as we were into the 5 laps to go part of the race . I tried to chase him down again but it was to late . LT got Mike in the sprint . The overall looks bleak now but hey you never know .
