The Sunday throw down !!!!!! I knew going into today that there was going to be some calories burned . I just finished up a 25 hour training week on Saturday so I was a little tired this morning . Even though its all base riding you still get knackered . Anyway back to the ride . Robyn and I meet E and the Pinball Wizard and rolled to the park . Hey Nick 3 ands in one sentence that must be some kind of recorded !! When we got to the park their was four teams ready to do battle . There was us the bubbles , CVC and Idens guys . I love when new guys come to the ride and think they are going to impose there will . All I have to say is this is my sand box and it always said does not play well with others on my report cards . Idens crew tried to make it hard but there was plenty of locals up for the challenge . The ride didn't start moving until the ski place . At that point it was a pace line with all the teams represented . At the turnaround hill there was a lull and we all know what that means . Mike attacked before the corner with Hacker in tow . Tweedledum and Tweedledee from the bubbles were in no mans land and E was setting a pace to keep us in the hunt . Over the top the bubbles made contact . With my group just about on terms . Just before we made contact I jumped across and went through thinking I would get something going but there were no takers . Grouppo compacto. The ride was status quo the rest of the way . I will say the wood be bullies were awful quiet on the way back. HUMMMMMMMM ???? On a positive note it was good to see Max and Trent from CVC , whats next Henk on the ride !

My season is sure to mediocre and without any distinction, perhaps though one of my teammates will perform well in a race and I will make it seem like I contributed a lot to his success ..."
