Well my droogies I have a tail to tell today and it doesn't involve the old in out in out either. I went riding yesterday, I was going to do a couple of small hills to see where my heart is at. When I left I was mindful not to get amped up so I kept it nice and easy. I was out for about an hour and decided to roll home along the beach. I battled the wind all day and thought it would be nice to get the tail wind home. Nothing makes you feel good about your fitness like a 25 mph tail wind. I rolled along from Milford to the Haven. When I got to West Haven there was a fire in a big beach house and the rode was closed. I hoped the curb and rode the sidewalk and was on my way in no time. Every cop in the hood was there, I thought to my self I hope nothing gets robbed. The tailwind was epic I was soft pedaling and going 25mph. When I got to the high school for those of you who don't know the area its a double lane road. There is also a raised rain gutter and the road is all chopped up its been this way for years. As I approached I moved left just enough to just miss the hazard. Then this dickhead in a truck drove up along side of me and pushed me into the shit I had to jump my bike over the sewer. I just made it then the fuck gunned the gas it was a diesel truck and he must have had excavator fuel in it. He covered me in thick black smoke. Not thinking I set off in pursuit. With the tailwind I was going like 35mph, he made the light at Jimmies but there were car ahead so I stayed on the gas. The next light was green also the dick must have thought he was in the clear but I knew that the light at Campbell ave was going to be red. That fucking light is always red. The tough guy is now stuck and he sees me coming. There was two cars in front of him and two on the side so what does he try and do? Thats right drive over the sidewalk. Only the sidewalks by the beach are like a foot and a half high. He couldn't get a running start at it so he was stuck. When I got there he was waiting, he cracked his window ohhhh what a tough guy. He yelled though the crack that I should ride on the side walk. That was it, he did that shit on purpose I said to myself. I fucken slammed his window with my forearm to my surprise the window fell off the track and smashed in the door pocket. I wasn't done yet with fucker I threw my bike on the grass and went back at him I was going to pull this dick out of the truck. The light turned green I was in front of the truck not letting him go and when I made my move to get to the door he took off. There was a big black dude that saw the whole thing said wow I guess that guy wont fuck with you again. When I got my bike and started to ride away, it set in that I could have blown a gasket. I guess I cant do the things I used to do anymore. Count to ten Ron count to ten. On the bright side if I was going to have another stroke I think that would have been the moment. Also I didn't get arrested due to the fire up the road. If I did get pinched I could use the brain damage defence though.
