What a nice day! Robyn, E, Jelle, the Squirrel and I left early and rode to S&S to meet the group. I had to do 5hrs so it was the best way to get in the extra hours. I could sit on the wheels all day and not do to much. We rolled down to the park on the bike path. I wont be surprised when they kill someone. The path was full of people and the speed was way to high. At the park the peloton assembled was stellar. The brothers Foley, Swiss family Bethel and Cocci were among the list. The pace was steady at the start a few guys went up the rode but with the tailwind everyone is a hero. We started to pick up the pace at the industrial park. I wanted to get Jelle off the front today I figure he's young and can burn some matches this time of year. Cocci, Koski and I ramped it up at the ski slopes. I gave a big push with Jelle and Mike on my wheel and they were off. Ed A, Foley and the squirrel went after them. Ed and Kyle caught on and we just sat on the wheels. The Squirrel was road kill. Game over for us, E and I had a nice easy ride the rest of the day. I don't know what happened to the MCG and Jelle's group but I'm sure we will hear all about it in the comments. Here is a riddle, what does 5 hrs in the saddle get Rondo? Answer: A 12oz Filet mignon and Robyn's homemade fettuccine Alfredo.
