I met E , Ciocci and almost the Torch at 8am . It appears that old Torch crashed on the train tracks under the Q bridge and broke his elbow . If your from the New Haven area you know what I'm talking about. (Its OK dude alot of people including me have crashed on them .) We rode out the same way I did last week because I wanted to check out the construction near rt42 . There was noway through so we turned around and jumped on the bike path . I saw the post about getting on the path and when we were riding down it we laughed . That would be a tragic mistake . At stop & shop I found out who posted the going down the bike path comment of course the king of dumb ass comments yup you guessed it Crowell . After a little brain storming we decided to go up rt10 and turn at rt42 and hop back on the course at mountain rd . The ride was neutral until then , of course Hunter attacked after we turned right . Nice try dude theres only 30 miles to go . The ride was steady fast with a few guys getting in some motor pacing with Big Johnny . The pace was a nice change from last week if we kept that shit up I think we would all be cooked by January . At the turnaround a few guys went up the road Hacker and 2 Adinites . With a couple lights in there favor they got a good gap . We had them at the light by the train trestle but they got the light and that was that . The ride kept a steady pace the rest of the way in . The ride home was again a lesson in pain . With 15 more minutes than last week due to the slower pace I was in the locker . E and I just kept a gnawing pace so as to get home ASAP . After a coffee and cake at Starbucks Robyn and I made it home with 4.5 hours in . Thank God for compression tights .

compression tights? soon you ll be using one of those gay fag power meters
i want a pictureof ron in those tights
NEVER!!!!!!!!
i think you ll find that it was Chris B from Cheshire Cycle and not a CCNSer that was off the front the whole way back. Chris is a MANimal!
That's easy to do when you hide the entire way out. Try taking a pull or two going up Mt Vernon road, then break away at the end of the ride. I didn't see Chris B. the first 3/4 of the ride.
For those of you who want to hear about a real accomplishment our own Julio Lujambio (Stage One Member) took the gold medal for the road race in the Pan-Am games last Friday in Santa Domingo. That must burn you up Rondo.
Chris C.
Show me the real results from this race??? No just a picture, how bout some solid race results from the race??? Come on bubble boyz...
Wow Crowell a bunch of banana pickers in a bike race thats real impressive . Did he sit on the break all day not take a pull then sprint ? Oh thats right he doesnt have to work LT is the fastest sprinter in the pack . Wait was LT there ?
He should stay there maybe they understand what hes saying .
LT is not only the fastest sprinter on bubble boys but he is also the best looking.
'He should stay there maybe they understand what hes saying ....'
THAT is funny.
Ya, he might be a little tought to understand now and then but I bet he speaks better english than you speak spanish and I know he got better race results this year than you did.
Chris C.
First off Crowell I live in AMERICA I speak English why the fuck would I want to speak banana picker ? We cant win them all Fat Boy . You know that better than anyone . Also you might want to wipe the jizzz off your chin there fella .
Rondo, you idiot. Julio is from America too. South America! The Americas, or America, are the lands of the Western hemisphere or New World, comprising the continents of North America and South America. You live in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, dumb ass. In terms of what you speak, it is only considered English in the loosest terms. Ronglish - that's a better description.
Regarding your thoughts on the field and Julio's performance, can I ask a question? What exactly did you do this season that was so noteworthy? What about last season?
Give a guy some credit, why don't you? Banana pickers or not...you freakin' ladder monkey!
Nick
Well Nick aren't you the school teacher . I thought that he was from Argentina . Did you ever hear of a little song call GOD BLESS AMERICA was that song about the Western Hampshire or the USA . As far as a ladder chimp I typically don't use ladders I use a baker or if I have to go higher than 6ft I use a scissor lift or a boom .
I'm no school teacher. You've mistaken me for Timmy. I'm also not an idiot. It doesn't take much to know this shit, Rondo. Which leads me to this...
Argentina IS in South America, you ding bat! That was the point of my last comment. You're from NORTH America. Julio is from SOUTH America.
Now to answer your music question...
God Bless America was definitely about the US. It was most definitely NOT about "the Western Hampshire" (Ronglish). I'm not even sure where Western Hampshire is? England?
Thanks for the laughs.
Nick
Sorry Its easy to confuse the two of you . Your both chubby and have crazy eyes . No thank you for the laughs how often do you get a grown man that hides behind a fake name when everyone knows who you are . Man up and come out of the closet .
I'm pissing my pants reading this. PRICELESS!!!!
Chris C.
Nick dont you get it yet, Rondo is the man of steel, nothing you say to him can hurt him, you will only fuel him to be more and more evil.
Remember he is evil to the core.
He aint gonna change for you, Crowell, or Timmmmay or the banana pickers of South America!!
Man of steel? Is there a plate in his head that we don't know about? That would explain a lot.
We really don't want him to change. Like I said...he's good for a laugh.
