12/19

It looks like the weekend is a wash . Hey Nick I hear if you make snow angles its good cross training for MTBers . The winter is shaping up to be a mother fucker . I think the form of some guys who cant take the long indoor trainer rides is going to be poor. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on the Tacx . Anything that makes the doldrums's of indoor riding more tolerable is OK with me. Its fast approaching the line in the sand where the form wont be there when it counts . Crowell that means you. Watch how fast it goes when you have form this time of the year , and also how long it takes to get it back. Sucks to be you!!! (Scab:) Well I suggest you guys head down to the basement and start sweating. Mike that means you , hitting the bag doesn't count.

Hey, thanks for the training advice Rondo...but I think I'll just go for a snowshoe tonight instead. There will be too much snow to MTB. I won't hit the road/trainer for a few weeks. I don't like to burn out in late July/August...like you.

That's alright I got in enough moves early in the season. No one remembers who won anything in the late season anyway.

What are you talking about? Fast approaching the time when it counts if your form will be here? It's December. You don't need to really train until a week or two before Bethel. One or two hard rides is enough. That's what I did when I won the series both times.
