The shit weather is here to stay I think . For most of us it means one thing , the indoor trainer . FUCK I gotta move somewhere warm . Its the first week of this shit ass torture that usually gets me down . After that I just get into a rhythm and live with it . Its when the weekends suck that I get pissed . The 2 days that I can get out mean a lot . I have found that my lack of high end fitness this year was due to to many days off . I got into the I need to recover mode . If I missed a day I just shrugged it off thinking that I would be all the fresher . That didn't workout so well . As I am putting together my plan for next year I am going to stress consistency . I think I'm going to do a little more big ring stuff also . I getting to old for the small ring shit on Sunday .Its not reinventing the wheel . Hats off to all you guys drowning in a pool of your own sweat .

I agree. I was on the trainer last night for the 1st time all year. I HATE the fucking thing. I got myself a really bright light so I have been riding at night which has gotten me a reprieve from the trainer but this shit weather finally forced me inside.
I look forward all week to my two weekend rides outside. Now there saying rain for Sunday too.

I'd like to see you try and speak the fucked up language that you write in. I think it's called Ronglish. It sort of looks like English, but most of the words are spelled wrong and the grammar is all fucked up.
"Beagles and coffee" is still my personal favorite.
