I passed off the blog to Crowell this week. I have been busy.
It was good to see Guido back in the peloton. Guido, you have been missed and we wish the best to your family. The ride started out nice and mellow. It was good to see the Muffin Man back in town. The head wind down Rt-10 was a bit stiff with no one wanting to take much of a pull. The pace picked up a bit when we hit the first hill on Mountain Road when E and Crowell jumped to open a small gap. The gap was closed and the ride to the Rt-68 light was quick with the regular crew taking the pulls. It was status quo until the chicane when Crowell jumped on the false flat taking with him E and Hacker. The group was caught just before the Rt-322 light. It was groupo compacto for most of the ride down Mt Vernon Road with the regulars taking most of the pulls into the wind. Mike, Rondo, Koski, E, Crowell, Todd, T, Hacker and a couple others did most of the pulls. Little T made the big jump at West Street to take the first of the sprint’s. The group stayed together with a nice tailwind the whole ride back. Koski Jumped on the RT-10 hill but Crowell came around him and then by the top there were a couple others to sprint for the points. I think Mike got the sprint. We were traveling at speed when the BMC rider got to the front. The wind was from the West so we were all pulling off to the right when all of a sudden, this guy shot across to the left all the way to the other side of the street almost taking out muffin man. It was a bizarre move and luckily no one got taken out. It was steady and fast down RT-10. Not sure who took the final sprint.
Pic is for those of you who wondered what Guido does in his spare time.

Great write up Crowell.
Is the bunny real?
Yup East German made.
Rondo
Its just not the same without everything spelt wrong....
Welcome back Guido!
Did you notice how Crowell refers to him self in the third person?
FU, I was writing it as if I was Rondo. I just couldn't bring myself to miss spell everything.
